The Many Faces of Roger Smith introduces the world to the personalities of the staff at the Roger Smith Hotel in New York.
Sophie Diaz is one of our front desk agents and she is a true New Yorker. In this video she explains her first memories of coming to New York at 15 and knowing she would never want to leave.
